Woodland Certification

Certification to the Forest Stewardship Council [FSC] standard is available through our membership of the Independent Forestry Group Certification Scheme. This means that woodlands which are certificated have been assessed against the UK Woodland Assurance Scheme [UKWAS] and are found to be managed according to strict environmental, social and economic standards and further that they have been independently inspected and certificated in accordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council [FSC].

Certification is a fundamental requirement when considering offering for sale any reasonable quantity of timber.

Timber sales are arranged as standing sales and offered to the open market.

Since the company was formed in 2001 approximately 70,000 m3 have been harvested on behalf of our clients.
